A Day in the Life
Here’s what a typical retreat day might look like during our dreamy Stela Mallorca Retreat:
7:30 AM – Morning Tea & Coffee on the terrace as the sun rises over the mountains.
8:00 – 9:30 AM – Yoga Session to open the body and mind for the day.
9:30 AM – Breakfast featuring fresh fruit, artisanal bread, and local specialties.
10:30 AM – Free Time or Excursion — lounge by the pool, hike a nearby trail, or join us for a village or market visit.
1:00 PM – Light Lunch with seasonal produce and Mallorcan flavors.
2:00 – 4:00 PM – Rest & Creative Time — nap, journal, or join a dada~days art class (2–3 sessions offered during the week).
5:30 – 7:00 PM – Evening Yoga or Restorative Practice to wind down.
7:30 PM – Shared Dinner under the stars with local wine.
Evening – Optional Gathering: stargazing, music, or quiet conversation by candlelight.

Sunday, Sept 13 – Arrival Day
Arrive at Palma de Mallorca Airport, transfer to Son Boronat
Settle into your room and explore the finca grounds
Welcome circle and gentle evening yoga

Monday, Sept 14 – Root & Restore
Morning yoga and breathwork
Breakfast on the terrace
Free time to swim or relax
Afternoon dada~days art class #1: floral arrangements

Morning yoga
Excursion to a nearby beach
