This late summer retreat takes you to the southernmost part of Italy’s heel: Puglia. We’ll be based in the Salento region, a rugged and untouched corner of Italy that feels like a step back in time. Here, you won’t find throngs of tourists, tour buses, or menus catered to foreigners. Instead, you’ll experience a sun-soaked land rich with olive groves, limestone cliffs, and a strong connection to its ancient Greek heritage.
Puglia’s charm lies in its simplicity. The landscape is dry and golden, the pace is slow, and the food is rustic and flavorful, just like the region itself. It’s the perfect backdrop for our retreat, where we’ll celebrate the last days of summer with ripe fruits, refreshing spritz cocktails, boat trips along the coastline, and the thrill of jumping from cliffs into the clear blue waters below.

This set up is probably for the kids room, but the price is pretty unbeatable. If you're not fussy, this set up is for you. Bathroom is shared with the neighboring room. This rate is per person. Fan but no AC

Private room that sleeps four. One Queen bed and two single beds. This rate is per person. Fan but no AC

Two people, each have their own single bed. Bathroom is shared between two rooms. This rate is per person. AC

A lux private room with one King Size bed shared with two people. Please only sign up for this if you know the person you will be sharing the room with. This rate is per person. Private bath. AC.

Food + Wine
Three meals per day for the duration of the retreat, cooked by our private chefs. Wine at the villa is included. We have a selection of fabulous wines from a nearby winery.
Amenities
Access to the stunning property, including walking access to the port with cafes and great spots to swim.
Additional
Includes daily yoga, day on a 1950’s sail boat, ceramics class at a stunning winery with a wine tasting at lunch and cooking class at a 16th century palazzo.
